• Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash (4 drops)
• Passion fruit and yuzu cordial (acid adjusted) — ¾ oz (25 ml)

How to make it

1. Add Olmeca, Pamplemousse Rose liqueur, dash of Peychauds and 25ml of the cordial.
2. Top with soda.
3. Prepare acid adjusted Passion fruit and Yuzu Cordial.
