Ingredients

• Peach (fresh & ripe - skinned & diced) — 2 wedge
• Absolut Vanilia vodka — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
• Passion fruit puree — ¾ oz (25 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Rosemary sugar syrup (2:1) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)

How to make it

1. MUDDLE peach in base of shaker.
2. Add other ingredients.
3. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
