- Apricot (brandy) liqueur — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Egg White — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- Add ingredients and dry shake to combine/emulsify.
- Add ice then shake to chill.
- Pour to Coupe glass and enjoy!
