Ingredients

• White/gold 1-3 year old mellow light rum — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ½ oz (12.5 ml)
• Daiquiri bitters — 4 drop

How to make it

1. Muddle 3 calmondins, each cut in half, in shaker.
2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
3. Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
