De Kuyper Pineapple liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
Ketel One Citroen Vodka — 1½ oz (45 ml)

How to make it

Slice the long way a southeast Asian long 'Lombok' mild red chili pepper, removing all seeds and stem.
Add to a mixing glass of ice. Add the lime juice and vodka and pineapple liqueur and stir well.
Rim a chilled Old-Fashioned glass with a slice of juicy lime. Strain in the cocktail.
