- Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- Sugar syrup — 0 oz (1.2 ml)
- Bob's Peppermint Bitters — 4 drop
- Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
