- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 3 dash
- Vanilla extract — 3 dash
How to make it
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- Strain back into shaker.
