• Rutte Dry Gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Anisette liqueur — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Grapefruit juice (pink) — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Brut Champagne — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Thomas Henry Soda Water — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
2. TOP with champagne and soda water.
3. Lightly stir and serve with straws.
