History

The production of Calvados dates back to the 16th century in Normandy, where apple orchards have thrived for centuries. Avallen Calvados was established more recently, focusing on sustainable practices and high-quality ingredients, and has quickly gained recognition for its exceptional flavor and commitment to environmental responsibility.
