Ingredients

• Bourbon whiskey — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Lapsang Souchong tea (cold) — 1 bag
• Maple syrup — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
• Boker's bitters — 2 dash

How to make it

1. STIR bourbon, tea bag and four ice cubes in glass for 60 seconds.
2. Remove tea bag, add maple syrup and bitters, and STIR some more.
3. Add more ice and the rest of the bourbon.
4. STIR lots more and add more ice.
