• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — 3 oz (90 ml)

How to make it

1. Let the ice-cream melt a little.
2. Put everything in shaker.
3. SHAKE well with ice.
