• Plum (stoned & peeled) — 1 fresh
• Slivovitz plum brandy — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Martini Extra Dry vermouth — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)

How to make it

1. CUT plum into quarters, remove stone and peel.
2. MUDDLE plum in base of shaker.
3. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
