• De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Cynar or other carciofo amaro — ½ oz (12.5 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Thomas Henry Soda Water — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
2. TOP with soda.
3. Top up with soda.
