Ingredients

• Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur — 1⅓ oz (40 ml)
• Honey — 2 spoon
• Mint leaves — 8 unit
• Gin — 4 oz (120 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1⅓ oz (40 ml)

How to make it

1. Stir liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker to dissolve the honey.
2. Add leaves and muddle slightly then shake with ice.
3. Strain into coupe glass.
