- Ancho Reyes chile liqueur — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 0 oz (3.5 ml)
- Egg White — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 1 dash
- Basil leaves — 4 leaf
- Orange peel — 1 ring
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients into the larger tin of a shaken tin set (18oz and 28 oz).
- Add one 1x1" KoldDraft Cube and seal shaker tins.
- Shake vigorously until cube fully dissolves and for a few seconds thereafter.
- In an old fashioned glass filled with rock, strain cocktail into glass with a Hawthorn strainer.
- Using a citrus peeler, peel an orange and express the peel over the drink.
