Ingredients

• Hayman's Exotic Citrus Gin — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Campari Bitter liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Dolin Rouge Vermouth de Chambery — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Passoã liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. Pour the ingredients into a stirring glass.
2. Stir down to temperature.
3. Then pour over a big rock of ice in an Old Fashioned glass.
4. Express the lime oils into the drink and drop in.

A classic Negroni with the addition of Passoã liqueur.
