• Garnish: Lemon zest twist
• ABV: 20%

Ingredients

• Vodka — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Aquafaba (chickpea water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Aperol Aperitivo — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Eucalyptus honey — ⅓ oz (10 ml)

How to make it

1. STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker to dissolve.
2. Add other ingredients and DRY SHAKE (without ice).
3. SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
4. Top with Aquafaba.
