Ingredients

• Lemongrass stem — 1 inch
• Coriander seeds — 7 fresh
• Coriander / cilantro leaves — 3 sprig
• Ketel One Vodka — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Coconut sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. MUDDLE first 3 ingredients in base of shaker.
2. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
3. Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
4. Garnish with 3 sprigs coriander.

A refreshing cocktail with lemongrass and coconut sugar.
