• Suze gentian liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Honey water (1:1) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Bob's Grapefruit Bitters — 2 dash

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
