Ingredients

• Rutte Dry Gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Ginger sugar syrup — 2 oz (60 ml)
• British bitter ale — 4 oz (120 ml)

How to make it

1. BLITZ BLEND the first three ingredients with two ice cubes for ten seconds.
2. Fine strain into chilled glass.
3. TOP with beer.
