• Daddy Rack Tennessee Whiskey — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
• Lime oleo saccharum — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Bénédictine D.O.M — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
• Plum bitters — 2 dash

How to make it

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Garnish with lemon zest twist (discarded) & flamed rosemary.
