Ingredients
- Gin — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Gentian liqueur (e.g. Suze, Salers etc) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- White crème de menthe — ¼ oz (5 ml)
- Lemon bitters — 3 dash
- Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) — 1 dash
- Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Americano Bianco — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- Garnish with rosemary sprig.
