• Suze gentian liqueur — 1⅓ oz (40 ml)
• Rutte Dry Gin — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
• Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
