Ingredients

• Rittenhouse bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Egg White — 1 fresh

How to make it

1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake.
2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
3. Strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish.

A classic cocktail with whiskey and lemon juice.
