• Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Bénédictine D.O.M — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)

How to make it

2. Strain into chilled glass.
3. Add lemon zest twist (discarded) & a slice of shortbread.
