Ingredients

• Prosecco sparkling wine — 2⅔ oz (80 ml)
• Disaronno amaretto — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
• Maraschino liqueur — ¾ oz (25 ml)
• Maraschino cherries — 1 whole

How to make it

1. Put one maraschino cherry in bottom of a flute glass.
2. Add 50ml of amaretto liqueur.
3. Add 25mls maraschino liqueur.
4. Top up with Prosecco.
