Ingredients
- An extra-spicy Bloody Mary with an Asian twist
- Lime wedge
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger — 1/4
- 1 tsp wasabi (or prepared horseradish) — 1/2
- 1 tsp minced garlic — 1/2
- 1 tsp soy sauce — 4 dash
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice — 1/2
- freshly cracked pepper — Pinch
- 3 oz vodka (or pepper-flavored vodka) 3 oz chilled tomato juice — 2
- Lemongrass stalk
How to make it
- Rim chilled highball glass with the lime wedge.
- Combine ginger, wasabi, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and pepper in the bottom of the glass.
- Fill glass with ice, add the vodka and tomato juice, and stir.
- Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink, and drop it in.
- Garnish with lemongrass stalk for a stir stick.
