• Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 3 dash

How to make it

1. Rinse glass with absinthe and set to one side.
2. STIR other ingredients with ice.
3. Strain into rinsed glass.
