• Peach 'schnapps' liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (5 ml)
• Passion fruit puree — 1 oz (30 ml)

How to make it

1. Muddle the strawberries in the shaker.
2. Add the other ingredients and shake it with ice.
3. Double strain in a hurricane glass.
