Ingredients

• Mezcal — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Rosso/rouge (sweet) vermouth — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Campari Bitter liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Zucca Rabarbaro Marca Depositata Specialita Dal 1845 — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. Pour all ingredients into a larger glass or shaker with ice.
2. Stir.
3. Strain into an old fashioned glass with ideally a single ice cube.

A classic Negroni with the addition of mezcal.
