Ingredients
- Ricard Pastis — ¼ oz (5 ml)
- Sage leaves — 3 fresh
- Birch spirit/birch eau-de-vie — 1⅔ oz (50 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 drop
How to make it
- Rinse chilled glass Pastis and set aside.
- MUDDLE sage in base of stirring glass.
- Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into the pre-rinsed glass over fresh ice (preferably a chunk of block ice).
