• Citric acid solution (1tsp citric acid dissolved in 90ml water) — 3 oz (90 ml)

How to make it

1. Measure 1.5 oz of Beefeater London Dry Gin.
2. Add 1 oz of Martini Rosso sweet vermouth.
3. Pour in 0.5 oz of rhubarb sugar syrup.
4. Include 0.5 oz of citric acid solution.
5. Shake the mixture well.
6. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
