• Rhubarb sugar syrup — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale — 3⅓ oz (100 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE the first three ingredients with ice.
2. STRAIN into a chilled glass with plenty of ice.
3. TOP with ginger ale and stir.
