How to make it

1. Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass.
2. Add tequila, lime juice and sugar.
3. Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon.
4. Fill glass with more crushed ice and churn some more.
5. TOP with soda, stir and serve.
