Ingredients

• Rutte Dry Gin — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Honey sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Basil leaves — 3 fresh
• Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• Apple juice — 2½ oz (75 ml)

How to make it

1. STIR honey syrup with gin until honey dissolves.
2. TEAR basil leaves and add to shaker with all other ingredients.
3. SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
