Ingredients

Gin — 2 oz (60 ml)
Elderflower liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
Eager Pink Grapefruit Juice — 2 oz (60 ml)
Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)

How to make it

In a shaker glass add ice.
Add 2 shots of gin, 1 shot of elderflower liqueur, 2 shots of pink grapefruit juice, and 1 shot of lemon juice.
Shake to mix and serve over crushed ice in a tall glass.
Garnish with grapefruit and a rosemary sprig.
