Ingredients
- Absinthe verte — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Green Chartreuse liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
How to make it
- POUR aniseed into ice-filled glass and TOP with chilled water.
- Separately SHAKE rest of ingredients with ice.
- DISCARD contents of glass and refill with fresh ice.
- Then fine strain contents of shaker into the now absinthe-coated glass.
A cocktail with anise and green liqueurs.
