Ingredients

• Tequila infused with rosemary — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Grapefruit juice (ruby red) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Yuzu syrup — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
• The Bitter Truth Grapefruit Bitters — 1 drop
• Scrappy's Bitters Firewater Tincture — 1 drop
• Mezcal — 1 dash

How to make it

1. SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
2. Fine strain into chilled coupe.
3. Then with an atomizer, rinse the top of your cocktail with Mezcal.
