- Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped — 2 slice
- Patrón Reposado tequila — 2 oz (60 ml)
- Apple Schnapps liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Apple juice — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (5 ml)
How to make it
- Lightly MUDDLE (just press) chilli pepper in base of shaker.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
