Ingredients

• Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
• Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Cherry Heering cherry brandy liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Sugar syrup — ¼ oz (5 ml)
• Egg yolk — 1 fresh

How to make it

1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
