• Sugar syrup — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Pasteurised egg white (optional) — ½ oz (15 ml)

How to make it

1. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
2. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice in glass).
3. TOP with soda (ideally dispensed from a siphon).
