Ingredients
- Red jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded & chopped (fine sliced) — 1 slice
- Raspberries (fresh) — 3 fresh
- Havana Club 7yo rum — 2 oz (60 ml)
- Cranberry juice (sweetened) — ¾ oz (22.5 ml)
- Honey sugar syrup — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
How to make it
- Lightly MUDDLE chilli pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour.
- Add other ingredients.
- SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with two chillies on rim to form devil's horns.
