- Ketel One Citroen Vodka — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Bénédictine D.O.M — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Pasteurised egg white — ½ oz (15 ml)
How to make it
- STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker until honey dissolves.
- Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
