Ingredients
- Havana Club 3 Year Old rum — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Pineapple flavoured vodka — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Orange juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Absinthe verte — 1 dash
- Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Pineapple Rum — 1 oz (30 ml)
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
