Ingredients

• Roku Japanese Gin — 1½ oz (45 ml)
• Agave Syrup — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Kaffir lime leaf — 2 fresh

How to make it

1. Muddle 2 Kaffir lime leaves gently with wet ingredients.
2. Add Ice, shake until very cold.
3. Fine strain into a chilled Nick and Nora Glass.
