• Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Martini Rosso sweet vermouth — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Bénédictine D.O.M — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 2 dash
• La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 1 dash

How to make it

1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.
