Ingredients
- Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Fernet liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Gin — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Straight rye whiskey (100 proof / 50% alc./vol.) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
How to make it
- Stir with a handcracked large cube.
- Strain into the glass.
- Garnish with a peel of your choosing, pressed inside the inner rim.
- Add a large or cracked chunk of ice if further cold or dilution is desired.
