Ingredients
- Blended Scotch whisky — 1½ oz (45 ml)
- Islay single malt (peated) Scotch whisky — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
- Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) — ½ oz (15 ml)
- King's Ginger liqueur — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Egg White — ⅔ oz (20 ml)
- Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) — 1 oz (30 ml)
How to make it
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a chunk of block ice).
- Serve with a sprits of Laphroaig.
