Ingredients
- Rye whiskey (80 proof) 40-45% alc./vol — 2 oz (60 ml)
- Demerara / dark Muscovado sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water) — ¼ oz (7.5 ml)
- Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters — 3 dash
- Angostura or other aromatic bitters — 1 dash
- La Fée Parisienne absinthe — 3 drop
How to make it
- Ice or otherwise chill rocks glass.
- In mixing glass, add Rye, syrup, and bitters, then ice, and stir.
- Spray absinthe into the chilled rocks glass and strain drink into it.
