Ingredients

• The Botanist Islay Dry Gin — 2 oz (60 ml)
• Yellow (Jaune) Chartreuse liqueur — 1 oz (30 ml)
• Cointreau triple sec liqueur — ½ oz (15 ml)
• Lime juice (freshly squeezed) — ⅓ oz (10 ml)
• Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water — 4½ oz (135 ml)
• 'Simple' sugar syrup (1 sugar to 1 water) — 2 Splash
• Angostura Aromatic Bitters — 2 dash

How to make it
